The final round of Tiffi's Beach Games is to collect as many stars as possible. When it was announced, it said it was release to top level users only! I assume "top level" users means they have been reaching the final episode of the game and can only play at most 45 new levels a week (since the company only release 45 new levels a week). So the top players could got 135 stars at most. Although they could play the old levels again to get some more stars, those were limited.
