Clearing Browser also clears Lives

Why is it that when I clean my history on Chrome it always takes away all of my lives? Other games don't get affected by clearing history and I cannot find a way on Google Chrome to keep king.com cookies. I am able to set my CCleaner to keep the cookies but it does not clear the history on Chrome. Extremely frustrating as I generally lose a ton of lives by attempting to keep my browser clean. I don't do it often but when I begin to experience issues it's a must. Isn't there some other way of keeping a persons lives beyond jumping through hoops. Once I'm down to 0 lives it takes forever to get even enough back to play when you are days stuck on a level.

Lives received from friends are notifications They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.
This means that if you update change your profile, reinstall the app or even update its app software, those notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.
Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.

Lives can occasionally be lost with an update of the game, when the game crashes, after clearing the cache on the browser you play on or clearing the cache in the mobile app.

Yes, unfortunately that is som the lives are only temporarily saved and are lost when cleaning the browser or the PC. Find friends for the game in one of the game groups on Facebook. It makes the whole thing easier. I have hundreds of lives back within a few hours. I have a lot of friends
