Last level on Mobile player is 7640 .
If you want play Dexter / Popsicle Planet play on level 3309

I'm on level 7640. New levels don't open until Friday. I'm not really sure what planet I'm on. I guess it's Popsicle? Not sure how I can tell what planet I'm on.

Which level are you now and what planet do you play ?
Beating the level was never a problem. I am waiting for new levels to open, so I go back and play levels that help me with Popsicle Island games. 2976 was a level that was quick and gave me lots of candies for beating the level. Since they cut it down to 8 moves, it's a much harder level and not worth the effort to collect candies. 1476 is a good level for candies but it takes to much time to play.

Level 2976 reduced moves from 14 to 8 . but get one Colorboomb.
For this level try to play from bottom to shuffle the candies and make special candy as you get the chance. Combine special candies with each other to break more required candies.
Just keep trying this level need a lucky board.
