I've already sent several messages. You talk a lot of things but nothing solves. I do not receive events, there is no roulette with a bonus spin, there is no balloon with prizes, when it comes to playing there is also no play that wins something. nothing appears. then you told me to stop updating. because I lost everything I had to start from scratch. And everything remains the same. Can you help.

Did you Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
Wheel Spin is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

Everything that appears there was missing others. Now another question because it doesn’t appear for me is for all my friends who play example. One appears for us to ask for life and for us to give life another appears, in my case only one appears so I can send life.

@Dealua Hi and welcome, All you can do is make sure your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in. Not everybody gets every feature . There all part of different test groups so you are probably not in the test group for that feature. See post below

Sorry but I do not agree
with what was said as I will show at my residence there are 5 people who play on different devices but three from the same brand. as you will see in the photo and video, everyone has the resource. And about my device is updated I will also send a photo
