How about you tried to update the latest version of this game or force stop (from Setting)? 🤔
If it's not worked, How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

Yes this issue has been pointed out by many players and already reported to game team. We are waiting for a fix on this issue.
Meanwhile many players claimed that on repkaying it for 2nd or 3rd time they advanced. So you may try to replay and see if it helps you.

I need 3 time to finished this level to make move to another level.
Something sticky seems to happen on level 7587 lately and the avatar gets stuck for some players here.
Still investigating this and are hopeful on getting this fixed ASAP.
