Reset the game back to level 1

Do you want to start the game all over again? A total reset of the game back to scratch?
The easiest way to do this is to start playing on a new Facebook or King account and the game will automatically start over from level 1.
If you want to keep playing on the same account as before, then check below depending on what device or platform you play on.
📱💻 Mobile devices and the Windows app
Please email your game reset request to Player Support directly from the game by going to the game's Settings and Help Center, choose a topic, then any of the articles and tap 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
When you have received a reply from Player Support that the game has been reset, remember to delete and reinstall the app on your device before you open it. The device's cache memory may otherwise restore the game back to your level.
Please email your game reset request to Player Support from the contact form HERE. You will need to enter the exact same email that you use for login on your Facebook account so Player Support can locate your game and account.
When you have received a reply from Player Support that the game has been reset, please clear the cache and cookies on your browser before you open the game the next time. The browser's cache memory may otherwise restore the game.
