Levels 1688, 1698, and 1699 - Bad start to celebrate mixed mode

It took at least 20 tries to pass level 1688. I passed it already. It is a bad way to start out a new level type because there were less moves and thicker frostings. In the past before 2017 it used to have 50 moves. 25 moves isn't enough to bring down ingredients but cleared all the jelly. I think 33 is enough.

I passed level 1698 at least 15 times, and passed using two free switch boosters. Twenty moves isn't enough because 2/3 of the board of jelly is cleared and 0-2 ingredients were brought down. Again 30 moves used to be easy because this level used to have 30 moves, and it's enough to increase the moves from 20 to 30.

I passed level 1699 at least 20 times without boosters and there is candies spawning below an empty tile. 20 moves isn't enough to clear the last icing, since 5 were cleared. We should increase it to 30 or less.
