It’s been 2 days, messaging customer service and nothing, I won 1st place on the Space Race contest and went to claim my prize and it never put it toward my account. It was 6 hours of color bombs, stripped and wrapped candys and a bunch of other things too! What the stank, man. This happened the last time I won a contest too. What the heck man..

I am very sorry that u r having some issues in the game.
First of all try to log out, update ur game application , if you are playing through web browser clear cache but not the game data and then log in again. And if you still dont find your missing reward regarding dexter plz.try to contact support directly from ur game settings. As they have your game data and i hope they will take an action in your favour. You may use this link to contact player support.

If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here,
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Sorry this keeps happening, make sure your game and device software are up to date. Also check if your device has at least 2 GB of memory.
You can also try clearing cache. It can be done for CCS app on android app by going to device settings, app management, CCS, storage, clear cache. Be careful not to delete app data, those are for your boosters.
If log out/ restart device and wait a couple of minutes/ log in/ clear a level doesn't give you your reward back you can ask customer support and hopefully they can send it to your game. It may take time.
Please fill customer support form from your game app so support can check your game directly: click pink hear icon, then "?" mark, choose an event topic, and then click the "contact us" button.
