If playing through an internet browser also clear the cache . see if this resolves your problem.
Also check that any payment details you have are correct and valid with whoever you use to make purchases, Microst store, google play etc.

I am the first winner of the Blue Candy Race, but my Gold Bar reward has not been received even after three days.
