Why do I keep getting my piggy bank for only 0.5 - 4 hours?
So I have of course read the response to similar questions/problems stating that King is always testing different features and that each player may or may not belong to the specific tester group(s) for a particular feature at any given time. I understand that and think it's a neat idea, to an extent. However, this issue feels more like a glitch rather than being an issue of not belonging to a test group. In the last month I have seen my piggy bank appear twice and disappear quickly (1st time within 4 hours of appearance; 2nd time within less than 1 hour).
I have the most recent update installed, have cleared cache, and have performed all other troubleshooting methods short of actually uninstalling and reinstalling the app (which I don't want to do unless absolutely necessary for a guaranteed fix of the problem).
I guess I'm looking to see if someone has a different answer to what is going on other than "not being a part of the specific test group for this feature." Additionally, the piggy bank feature is something that has been around in Candy Crush for quite some time, so I find it hard to believe it would still be considered a "test" feature (but that's just my opinion).

So i would also not go for the test and different thing. But like to answer you little different. Piggy bank is a reduced price offer and reduced price offers everywhere and in all types of things are not permanent. These offers come time to time and go away And re appear just like seasonal Sales. No permanent policy behind that.
But this all my theory. You may take it or reject it.

You got multiple Piggy banks in your game and that must have been due to an error.😌The studio always keeps an eye on such errors and they are fixed very quickly.
Each feature and event of this game belongs to the test group and we cannot say exactly how long the test features will last.
I'm sorry because you probably don't belong to this test.

In pretty much all aspects of my life (not just Candy Crush, haha) I really try to research and find my own answers before bothering anyone with a question, so thank you!
So I can completely appreciate and understand your theory/view on it, and I would agree except for the fact that the piggy bank is a promotional discount offer that requires you to build up to it (play a lot of levels to reach the required gold amount to be able to purchase it). Therefore, it doesn't make sense for it to appear then disappear in such an incredibly short amount of time, not allowing the player to perform the requirements to actually purchase the discount offer.
I am further convinced it must be a glitch or something since my piggy bank just now reappeared again after disappearing an hour ago (when it was only there less than an hour). Haha, I really hope whatever the issue is stops so I can actually use it!

It takes some break from game. I also facing this. my piggy Bank Is Disappearing Time to time but one thing is positively that this back in game when i open my game after few hours. (Usually I am Opening The game Every 09:00 PM Indian STANDERD time only).
May be its a glitch and it will be fixed soon.
