Sorry but you can't. I ask why you want to do this? It costs you nothing to send the life but a click and then no more worries about it. If you play on Facebook you could remove this person from your friends if you don't want to send them a life. I NEED my friends to send me lives. I go through dozens a day.

Unfortunately there is no way to block or delete any specific lives request. The above way explained will turn off all the notifications. Life giving and asking request from all the friends. So the best way is to ignore it and after few days just select all and click send.
