This is the email I received promising that all my lives, boosters, etc. would be restored. I never would have reinstalled CC if I thought that I would lose everything. You should stand behind your representatives no matter what your policy is. If you have to make an exception, then so be it.
Please let me know how to communicate privately if you do not want me to continue to do it publicly. I will continue to speak about this.....

New Boosters were sent to your game on 10 September as compensation for this. Didn't you receive them?
As in the email only Boosters were mentioned, since Lives cannot be restored or refunded since they are free items sent between players.
Also, just like Lives, free Boosters are not being compensated or refunded either as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions that you accepted when starting to play the game.
If the Boosters that were sent to your game doesn't cover all your lost purchased Boosters that you lost, please ask for a refund directly from Apple by reporting a problem on your most recent purchases in the game on your Apple-ID.
