Points for bombs

I see a number of questions here about specific levels and all of them are levels where you need a very high score. I am on 6628 which is another one of those levels, and something is wrong. It's not just about getting a lucky board; the bombs are not generating the points you need. When I get a colour bomb and use it on a colour with a lot of bombs, I get around 9000-10000 points. I need to get 500 000 in 25 moves. I'd need to be using 2 colour bombs in each turn to get that. When I watch videos of people who've successfully gotten past this level, they get about 250 000 points when using a colour bomb. This is not about specific levels, this is about the bombs and the points they generate.

Hello @player_79 @Mystre and @Frew and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! As mentioned above - this issue with all of the scoring levels has been reported to the studio and they are actively working on a solution. So please be patient and we will let all of you know as soon as it has been fixed. Please make sure that you keep your game up to date with the latest version (a new update came out yesterday) so when it is fixed, you will have the update in your game.

Hello @Mystre - I know it's frustrating but the fix should get to you soon. In the meantime, why don't you enter this contest here for the chance to win 30 GB in your game. It is the second part of a contest - the first part was to spot the differences. This part is just to use your imagination and make up a story using some of the Candy Crush characters and say why they messed up the 'archive' image. You can look at some of the other entries to get an idea.

After having a totally unhelpful support chat where he suggested that level 6628 was just a difficult level and sometimes it just takes longer to complete and to keep trying!! I had told him that my colour bombs were only getting me approx 10,000 points so I would need 50 colour bombs in 25 moves to achieve 500.000 points which is technically impossible. The support guy even sent me a video of someone completing it but their first colour bomb used achieved 240.000 points and a subsequent colour bomb 140,000 points where as mine were only giving me 10 to 11 thousand points. I am pleased to say I have sorted it myself!! I play candy crush on Facebook on my windows 10 laptop and this was where the problem was occurring I opened the candy crush app on my Samsung S20 phone and clicked on the blue thing to connect it to Facebook which opened where I was up to. I was then able to complete level 6628 in one go as the colour bombs were giving me the higher scores required. So I think that there is an issue with playing on windows 10 laptop with that level which needs resolving. Hope this maybe helps someone if they are having the same issues.
