If you are located in UK and the event doesn't come up in your game, make sure you have the latest update of the game installed, then force close the app and restart the device and see if that helps.

Doesn't make any sense, all this advertising for it on the radio etc and there's no directions of how to get it.
On the Heart FM page it says the promotion is closed!?

it should of automatically been on candy crush it did on my daughters, who has the same version of CC so I know mine is up to date. I never had the advert box on my CC map before it started so thought I would have problems!! Don’t think we will get it resolved 😕

Sorry you haven't received the all stars event. I hope you get it soon. It's a new event and seems it still has glitches.
