I had an issue with all stars

Hi, I was top of the leaderboard with only 15 mins or so to go and realised I wasn’t logged in as I never usually do this, I thought maybe I should as it was a competition. I logged in with Facebook and now can’t see all stars or the leaderboard!!! What happened!!!???

please help

Understood your progress is not synced properly.

Please disconnect your device from the internet, wait for few minutes, reconnect back your device to the internet, play a level and check your leaderboard again.

It takes a bit of time for the syncing to fully complete itself that's why you didn't see your leaderboard immediately after you logged into your Facebook.

Try to Restart your device and play a level and see if now it syncs as mentioned above by wykoon sometimes it takes a little time.

If you are located in UK and the event doesn't come up in your game, make sure you have the latest update of the game installed, then force close the app and restart the device and see if that helps.
