Please note that the All Stars event is only available for players based in the UK. Even though you don't have Facebook, you should still be able to see the event in the game as long as you are based in the UK and you are above level 25 in the game.
If you are based there, make sure to update you game and install the latest version.

It may help to play a level and/ or force close the app and restart the device to get the event active. Make also sure the app is up to date.

@Domination94 Hi and welcome, The allstar tournament is an event in candy crush saga there is not a candy crush saga all star app, If you are UK based this should automatically appear in your candy crush sag game. If it has not please check you candy crush saga app is up to date and log out and restart your device. See if it appears when you log back in
As you see from above some people have had issues receiving the tournament, but keep trying as i know at least one person got it really late last night and there are a few days for the qualifying rounds so you have plenty of time at the moment
