Sync my game on Laptop and iPhone
@iggysme Hi and welcome, Syncing your game between laptop and iphone should be as easy as signing into both devices with the same account. Please note i play via both the same devices and sometimes to get the iphone to sync correctly i have to restart the device. I also find that i cannot change devices straight away and need to leave some time between playing one then the other for the sync process to catch up on device thats running behind.
Note if you are on least levels on windows 10 app on laptop this is 90 levels ahead of mobile so you phone will not sync to this level

Noted that you are having different progress level in your laptop and iPhone and you wish to sync the progress in these 2 devices. Please refer to the steps below:-
Playing on 2 devices yet your progress doesn't seem to be synchronized? Is one game showing you on a different level than the other? If so, it sounds like an account synchronization issue which is easily fixed.
If you're one of our players at the very last available level in the game, keep in mind that you might be able to access the highest level on one device, but it might not yet be available on another. This is important to keep in mind if you play on two different platforms, like Android, iOS or a desktop computer. Don't worry though, when the newest levels are available for all platforms, you should find this levels out again.
If you're not at the highest level in the game, it might be that one of your devices isn't synchronizing and writing the new progress to the old one.

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
