Doesn't rank up until the game reload

I'm currently Level 1,047 and Rank 53.

At Level 1,035, I failed couple times when my rank is 52, close to rank up, then I complete it, but doesn't give me any xp and rank up.

Then it happen whenever I complete a Level or fail a Level, until first attempt of Level 1,047, it always stay at Rank 52 100% to Rank 53.

Then I reload the game, it say Rank 53 0% to Rank 54.

Every time you reach a new rank, we reward you with a top-up of your lives. Your life-meter has a full capacity of 5 lives, so if it's already full, it will only add as many as it needs to fill up. Every 5 levels you will win a delicious frame for your avatar. You will get a new frame at level 5, 10, 15, and so on, so keep playing, keep ranking-up and show all the other players just how good you are at Candy Crush Saga.

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

And It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
