How come only some players have ads and get free stuff, and other (like me) don't have that opportunity? Seems a bit unfair... :-(

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
They know you spend money on previous games :)
I already update the game regularly in order to get new levels so that's not the issue. I will take your answers and just accept that some of us are unlucky and don't get ads. Still think it's unfair but that's life 😏 ☀️
@Idun66 Hi and welcome, Hope above explained all to you but to make sure you are getting the features available to you make sure you check for updates and log out and restart your device regularly. This will ensure your game and features available is up to date

Guess it's you and me then😏 I'm on level 7775, perhaps it's more for people on lower levels but we sure could need some boosters and lifes as well 😆 My friend who has ads get lifes and boosters from them and also has the chocolate box plus the regular free booster wheel to spin 🙀

Ads feature (in my opinion) also depends upon third party who is advertising their ad. I mean it depends on the agreement that how many players they want to see their ad. Or if they want to show their ad to a specific area players. It may also be related to the specific game progress. But its a relatively new feature and still not reached to many players. I hope it will be extended to more players in the future.

The problem is that I never ever had any ads, that's why I think it's a bit unfair... 😕
For me the ads come and go. They might be missing for days and then start up again. I hope yours come back soon.
I never had it so it's hard for it to come back, but I hope it will pop up at some point 👍️
