@Jessica128 Hi and welcome . If its the community profile you need to get to level 5 in the community to be able to add a profile picture
If its for the game if you let us know what device you use we can explain this better but normally you will have a camera picture on your avatar screen that allows you to upload your own avatar or you can go to king.com/games to do this
