Hi @Mary_Kay
I'd be happy to help, hopefully you got past the level but just in case i hope this helps. I dont know the names of all candy yet but just ask if you don't understand. 😉
On level 963 it helps to have a hand, hammer or coconut wheel boosters but not necessary since you have lots of moves to complete the game and you can make all the striped candy you need. 1st you need to clear the bottom grey candy and 3 wrapped candy spaces at the bottom so the apple and cherry can get through to the dots, if faced the right way the coconut wheel is perfect to clear the 3 middle aisles. Try to keep the fruit in between the bottom spaces or you'll have to move the fruit over and dont get many chances to do that. I play and create striped candy from above to explode directly over the black licorice boxes so the fruit can get through to get to the dots below. The striped candy needs to go straight down over the box and the fruit has to be waiting next to it to fall into the dot. I would suggest working from the top and focus on the fruit going through the middle area below.
Good Luck🍭🤞
Hi and welcome to the community.
This level has medium difficulty. For this level you should try to play from bottom or near blockers to break them. Or use special candy to break the time bomb or jellies. Play where you have more candies available to play to make the special candy. After play with remaining jelly candy to break them all. Please check below video for some more help.

@scmintor Hi and welcome
Clear the cream blockers between the licorice dispensers at the bottom and while you are doing that move the ingredient over so that it is sitting over the space next to the dispensers.
Once the cream blockers are clear when you clear the candy or licorice which is blocking the exit the ingredient SHOULD slip diagonally through the gap and out of the exit.
However this doesn't always work and depends which way the candies fall to fill the space in the bottom.
The best way to guarantee that the ingredient will drop down to the exit is to use a stripe/wrap combo so both the exits are clear, then the ingredient almost HAS to go down one.
Video below should give you some hints and tips
Hope this helps
