All-Stars tournament reset

Hi :)

I came first in one of the All Stars Tournaments. It said I had qualified for the next stage and I was no longer entered to play the daily games. It would also say I had qualified when clicking on the ‘events’ section of the game.

This is no longer showing and it has been asking me to play games to qualify again.

Please help :) how can I get back my win.

Congrats on qualifying. Please do the standard troubleshooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. Then check if it solves your issue.

This new tournament seems to have lots of glitches. Sorry. Please do the standard trouble shooting suggested by aijaziqbal and see if it helps.

may be some issues . please clean cache /history files of your device log out from game and reboot the device update your game.

Try to connect after some time

Firstly, congrats for qualifying for the all-star UK tournaments! 🙌🏻

Aside from all the above suggestions, pls ensure the app is the latest version i.e. 1.185.1.4. If not, pls update it and restart device after that before logging in back to the game.

You may also try to disconnect your device from the internet, wait for few seconds, then reconnect back to your device. Play 1 level and check on the event tab. Hopefully, it will appear.

@Beckyf86 Hi and welcome. I have just checked my tournament statistics and still showing next stage in 4 days time. I would try the troubleshooting tips supplied above making sure you log out and restart your device and if the tournament does not show and is asking the same thing . I would be on the safe side and try to do it again. i apologize that this does not seem right but even if you contacted customer support from your game i fear it could take a while and could risk you not being able to do next stage

thank you everyone for your replies. Unfortunately after deleting, reinstalling, logging out, resetting my phone etc, it still isn’t loading to say I’ve won so will just have to try again.

I give up 😂 got first place again and again it’s not registering that I won and asking me to compete in the next game 🙄

@Beckyf86 Hi, Did you claim the reward ?. i did not get the message that i was in the next round for 2 days the day after i could compete but i ignored it and then the day after that i got message i was in the next round in so many days
