Candy Crush will not load in Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge on my computer. All browsers are up to date. After 20 minutes of downloading, the message comes up "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment." It's been more than 24 hours and it still won't load. Can you tell me what the issue is? Thank you!
@JLJB Hi and welcome, i sometimes receive this error but normally refreshing the page does the trick, sometimes may take a couple of tries. Normally if i experience the issue a lot i clear the cache of the browser and restart my device and this tends to sort the problem
I use chrome and sometimes edge but find chrome is the more stable for me
Just checked mine on chrome and all loads no issues, Also check you operating system is up to date

Understood that you're having issue on loading the page of the game.
Aside from the suggestion given by Mr Freddy, pls also try to disconnect your PC from internet/WiFi, wait for a while at least 10-20 sec, then reconnect back to the internet/WiFi.
Log in the game and see whether it helps.

Thank you all for your help. I have followed everyone's advice to no avail. I cleared the cache on Firefox, the browser I have been using for several years. Firefox, Chrome, and Edge are all up to date, but I have the same problem with each of them. I have refreshed the Candy Crush page many times when it wouldn't. I disconnected from the Internet. I shut down and restarted my computer at least three times. I checked out the page suggested by Kiara. I have done everything. I have been doing all these things on my laptop, but I also tried loading the game on my PC, and the game won't load on that computer either. Maybe this is a sign I am playing too much! But this is certainly frustrating.
@JLJB Hi, The only other thing i can suggest other than this is if you sign in via facebook, is to delete the facebook app and restart your device. then reinstall facebook and then try logging back in . Other than this i think you would need to contact customer support and they will have to look in to your issue
