how do i save my candy crush saga from this phone to be moved to new phone

@leonarda10 Hi and welcome, If you game is saved via a King or Facebook account it should be as easy as signing into your new device with these details, but please see post below for help with moving your game to a new device.

Please remember with mobile devices your boosters and lives are stored on the device itself so these will not transfer to your new device only your levels and gold bars

Understood that you wish to transfer your progress to your new device.

If you haven't signed in to any account when playing your game, pls refer to Ms Kiara's post. The steps there should be able to help you.

If your current phone is iPhone, pls backup your app via iTunes and sync this with your new mobile. Your latest progress and may be boosters be transferred to the new phone.

hi dear welcome in our community

if you have logged in your game with facebook or king account This will be very easy. Just log in with same account in your second device.

Only gold bars and your progress will move in new device because boosters are saved in your storage device not online anywhere.

you can try backup and restore from third party application also.

Hello @leonarda10 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. If you use an Apple device, you may be able to transfer any saved boosters and lives to the new device. I had to get a new phone because the battery swelled up in my old one, so while in the Apple Store (obviously before COVID-19) they had me back it up to the iCloud and then transfer that data from the cloud to my new phone. Once I did this, I was pleasantly surprised to see that all my saved boosters and lives also transferred to the new device. There is no guarantee this will work - but I was also successful in doing this with a new mini iPad. If you are using an Android device, I don't know if something similar will work or not.

Now that you have found the community - I encourage you to stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!
