@Pippsie . Hi and welcome, I am sorry to here this has happened to you. can i ask what device your playing on, have you checked app store for any updates.I qualified first day and mine has activated on my two devices straight away although my first lot of scoring did not get counted.

Thanks for the advice, but am fully up to date from the App Store. And playing on an iPad. Yes, I also qualified twice, but only remembered to screenshot the second time. Collected rewards both days, and have played along during the remainder of the qualifying stages but have had nothing βofficialβ other than the rewards.
