Level 5699 Scoring Level Impossible
Hi there
The target of 400,000 on Candy Crush level 5699 is impossible to achieve in only 20 moves - I have tried for days and used many combinations of boosters. I note other players have also reported this. Please can you let me know when it will be fixed so I can progress?

I am so sorry that you are having difficulty in beating this Level. I completed this in December 2019 in ONE TRY. It was recorded on my iPhone, saved it in a folder and never looked back. Now, it is too hard to find. This morning, I played the Level and see if I can beat it like the first time I did. Unfortunately, I didn't have a Booster which is impossible to recreate. This is one of the Levels that has been misclassified as EASY when it is Extremely Difficult.
Actually, the Target is 547180 in 20 MOVES. Without Boosters, the most I can reach now is 389980.
TO THE STUDIO TEAM:
Not everybody has Boosters stashed in their Inventory. Right now, I don't. It is difficult enough that each player has to contend with BLOCKERS like 1-2 Layered Frostings and Rainbow Twists which require several hits to give way to more candies for easier match. It is not always easy to pair the keys that will unlock the Color Bomb that can help hit the bombs below to get higher score, we have to contend with the Candy Cane Fences that make it harder because the Powerful Combos will have to be aligned with the 99-Move Bombs otherwise they are wasted. THE ONLY SOLUTION TO THIS IS TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MOVES to make it HUMANLY POSSIBLE FOR A PLAYER TO COMPLETE!

Hello there
On my phone this level didn't work, even after I believe Candy Crush issued a fix (tried re-starting phone, made sure software up to date etc.).
I then thought I'd try this level on a tablet and I passed on the third attempt!!! :-)
Why it is different from phone to tablet I don't know, but the tablet worked!

@Rebel1966 Hi and welcome The issue affected a lot of people and a lot of levels and devices, so fixes are being made, but some will get them quicker than others. We have people reporting there issue fixed and others that are still waiting. The game studio is doing all it can to get these fixes to everyone, but it is taking time

The studio is aware of the issue with the scoring levels and are working on pushing out a fix to all players. Because of the complexity of the issue, the fix couldn't be sent to all players at the same time (different devices/software etc.). Please be patient and make sure your game is up to date with the latest version of the game and you should see a fix in your game in the near future. I replayed the level late last week and had no trouble at all with it, so obviously the fix has already been pushed to my device.
Now that you have found the community - I encourage you to stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!
