In my Iphone I am not able to match my position on Facebook. May you help me?
Hello @umberto64 and good day to you.
I'm aware that your progress level in your iPhone does not match with your FB level. Please read below and follow the process of syncing the progress.
Things to check :
Do you have a data/internet connection on both devices? Make sure you don't have Airplane Mode on and have a signal, so it can write your progress to your profile. If it can write your progress to your profile, all devices should see this.
Try the following on the device that shows the incorrect level:-
Log out of your Facebook/King account via the Settings menu.
Close the game down
Turn your device off for 10 seconds and then switch it back on again.
Reopen the game and log back into Facebook.
I hope you're able to sync the progress now. Please let us know how it goes and if you need any other help.
