I can’t continue playing because the lantern is in my way.

@moye58 Hi and welcome the Magic season is a new feature in candy crush saga that gives rewards when 5, 20 and 100 levels have been completed in the allotted time. My guess as i do not have this feature is you have completed the first stage and may need to collect the reward for the lantern to move. You should then be able to continue on your journey.

Check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in if you have any problems progressing

I have tagged some other staff for you. Not sure what their hours are, but should get back to you.

That is a first for me, never seen a "Magic Genie Lantern" in the "Saga Map" before. Looks like there is a "Lock" on it. So perhaps you need to replay the level to "Unlock It"?

The above players will assist you, so wait on them. You might want to give the "Device" you play on also.

Please check if there is check mark on the task as mentioned. If yes you may log out, update your game app, restart your device and login again and check if it helps you.

I also got the event "Magic Season" tonight, 9/30/2020, however cannot play yet, because 45 New Levels haven't been released yet. Might be 2-3 hours yet on there release, here in USA.

However, on @Pounawea Post above, the question was asked, but never answered, which is:

• How can players that are at the max level be able to complete 100 levels?

I also have 13 days on my app, again that is only 2 releases of 45 Levels = 90 Levels Total, short 10 levels here!

As you know, I am at the end of the Game / Saga Map also.

So looking forward to the answer on this.

Yes @Origins7_Dale that is exactly my point. I am also at the end of the levels and I have this event too. So if that’s correct you have to finish 100 levels in 13 days you will never be able to do so.

Hi dear. Just click on the events and you will find magic season feature. Click on it and claim your reward . Then it will clear the path for you.

Hello @moye58 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! The lantern showing on your game map is the one you have to pay for and not the free one. The only way to unlock it is to pay. If you declined to pay for that lantern, it should not block or affect your game at all and if it is - then there is a problem with your game and it should be reported to Player Support. Did you pay for the more advanced lantern that gives you more prizes?

If you need to contact Player Support If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:

- Open the game app

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on My Game Progress

-Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"

Or You can do this by selecting the "Contact Us" button below:

You will also need to provide your game ID. You can find out how to get your game ID# here.

Be sure to explain to them the problem.
