@tomid1 Hi and welcome, The chocolate box and video ads feature are both bonus features, so they are not available to everyone and are not always guaranteed to be in your game. Bonus features are given to groups of randomly selected people so this could mean your not in the groups for these at present but you could be again in the future. They could also be missing due to temporary problems
To check you are getting the features available to you, Please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in
