Hello, When I found the key for the toy box at level 2544, I couldn't play at at the time because I had to leave so I didn't click to claim the rewards thinking I would do it when I logged back on. . When I came back, the screen for clicking on to claim the rewards was gone and they are nowhere to be found. That was a lot of good stuff, and I think this is kind of rotten. How to I claim those rewards???

Hi and welcome to the community.

Most of the rewards were for half an hour of boosters. And unfortunately they start immediately you win them so they are lost you use them or not.

@Heidi_Lavitt Hi and welcome, please try logging out your game and restarting your device and logging back in and see if your reward reactivates. If it does not there is not much that can be done but you could try to contact customer support from your game and they may help you with this, you never know your luck. It is always best to collect rewards as soon as they activate

I realize they are for a half-hour, but I assumed that half-hour wouldn't begin until I claimed the rewards. Like I said, that's pretty rotten to do that. I couldn't keep playing at the time due to an appointment. They're sure happy to take my money at any time!

@Heidi_Lavitt Hi, As stated above try tips above as it may activate again and if not try customer support they mat help you with this i know people that they have helped with things like this

Don't worry! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Missing items" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
