Why am I having so much trouble with 4289 Candy Crush Saga? 28 moves to accomplish 300,000.

I have been at it 6 days, tried everyone of the tricks. More than 6 months ago I lost the ability to send lives & see my friends. Today I lost almost 300 lives I accumulated from my friends. I called support for my tablet & they said it's an app problem. Please HELP!!!

As for your issue there is an issue with the scoring levels in the game that has been reported to the game studio, We are currently awaiting a fix for this. Please keep an eye on your app store to see if there an update as the fix is likely to come in an update and also when you get it please restart your device to make sure the fix reaches your game. Hopefully we will get some news on this tomorrow

Please note that this issue has been found on all the points scoring levels.This problem has already been solved at some level and work is underway to solve others. You need to keep the app updated to the latest version to get the issues resolved.

If you have the same problem despite having the latest version of the app, you will have to wait a bit.
