Please do the standard troubleshooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it solves your issue. Feed back us if it doesnt help you.
@KKSO Hi and welcome, Please check you game for an update and log out and restart your device, then log back in . I believe the issue should have been resolved with the loop, but if you still have a problem let us know
