Which one is not showing correct progress. Facebook or King account. Try to log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. Play and complete a level and check if it solves your case as sometimes synching perfectly takes a little extra time.

If your King account says the account already has been synced with Facebook it has then been merged with a Facebook account earlier and you can only sync one King account with one Facebook account.
Did you perhaps have any other Facebook account earlier that you had synced with the King account?
Or is it synced with the correct account, but just the levels do not match? Does the ranking and Gold Bars match?
