@faithholt1 Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you. The community does not deal with purchases as it contains your personnel information, please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
and they should help you with this

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Accidental Purchase" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

If someone used your Apple-ID, Google Play account or Microsoft account and made in-app purchases even though the phone was protected by a pin code and your account had a password requirement, then contact both Apple, Google or Microsoft for a refund, but also your bank and the police.
Please note that if you had the password requirement deactivated on your Apple-ID, Google Play account or Microsoft account, Apple, Google or Microsoft may not refund the purchases. It is your responsibility to protect the account that features your payment details with a pin, password or any similar approval protection.
In all cases when someone else used your account or payment details and made purchases without your consent, you will need to contact the police and your bank.
