Anyone else being charged on their account for more than what I listed? 99¢ gold has charged my account over $4! I sent email inquiring about it but no response. I’m done buying anything for I don’t know how often this has happened.

You'll be directed to the help center. There you look for your problem and follow the steps. If you cannot find the issue or the provided steps don't solve it, then scroll to the bottom of the same help center page and tap on 'Contact us': There you come to the contact form. Please fill in in your language. Please note that everything is spelled correctly (that is important): and send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer to it and describe your request. Submit. And have some patience for the answer. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please try again.

    Sounds like you play on an Apple device?

    Please note that Apple merges several purchases you made in all your games and apps in the same period into one big transaction instead of charging them separately.

    Please log in to your Apple-ID and check the purchase history and the receipts. On the receipt you find all purchases from the same period and also the total amount that is charged on your card.

    First check if this is an incorrect charge or if several purchases have been charged at the same time. If there are any errors, then contact Apple Support directly to get this corrected.

    Understood that you have been overcharged on the item you have purchased. As advise by Mr Crazy Cat Lad, please check your transaction history on the app store that you are signed in for in-game purchases.

    Please also make sure that there is no unauthorised third party access on your device or purchase information.
