Please do the standard troubleshooting by log out, update your game application , restart your device and login again and see if it appears again.
Please note that if after this process you dont get any bonus feature like chocolate box. It means that you are not among that group of players who are having this bonus feature. All the bonus events are divided among the players on random basis by the system. Which are changed sometimes.
It may also be unavailable due to some temporary problem so hopefully in future it might return to you.
