Why do I continue to receive a server connection issue when trying to claim reward?

I keep trying to claim my reward from the rebuilding of candy town and it continues to say that there is a server connection problem. Please help. Thank you.

@ACTRESSapril Hi and welcome, The issue with the the Rebuild candy town is know and has a few problems at present that the game team are trying to remedy, but we have no time frame on this.
For any missing rewards please contact customer support from your game and they should help you with this, just go to game settings help and send them an email.
This is the Candy Crush saga Forum and you would be better posting in the soda forum as there are other people with the same issue, but not to worry as a CM will move the post to the correct one

Start with the standard trouble shooting. Log out, update your game, restart your device and log back in. Let us know if this helps. If playing on a browser also clear your cache.

As explained above by Mary please log out, update and restart your device and check. There are few reports of connection issue in candy crush soda game. Lets hope it will be fixed soon.
