Chocolate Box is missing in my game..

The Chocolate Box is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

My chocolate box has been around for a while and never disappeared from the Events area before like this.
Yes, it used to disappear for a short while after you claim, and then come back for another round without having to play a level.
This is different where it just disappears completely after you have won the 3 chocs. And simply did not come back.
Seems like others have had the same experience. So having to play a level to make it appear was novel for me and it seems for others too.
That is how it normally works. Once you claim your rewards it disappears and when you play a level it comes back. But for some players it takes a much longer break and that's a glitch or just the event not being available to that player. Mine was missing for a few weeks a couple of month ago.

I've posted this to another recent query to the same problem and it seems to work...
The case of the disappearing chocolate box! Mine did the same thing and is still doing it!!
However, I can make it appear again by playing a level, any level in a challenge or the main game, and the chocolate box reappears. Play the chocolate box levels, then wait until you need it again, then play any level and then go back and finish the choc box.

Sometimes it’s also possible that you are unable to play these because you don’t have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply you’re not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. You can also try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, then finally re-opening and connecting again. Some of these tricks may work for you.
If they don’t, it’s just a matter of time. You may not be amongst the selected group at the moment but soon you’ll be the lucky one to enjoy the new challenges as well as your friends!

By the way, this feature is still tested that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game mostly. Mostly of players have asked this problem too.
