I guess it depends on the idea. But if adding too many colors makes it harder to link together then you can't achieve the special candies as easily which can make the game harder to beat levels. So adding a new color might be detrimental
Then please explain why nobody is complaining on the other candy crush related games.
After reading all of the feed back on this idea it just seems like creating new colors will create more problems then it is worth.

Agreed @Spieler_8675309 ! In fact after reading everyone's reasons that it isn't a good idea, I have rethought my original vote from October 2020 and now agree that it wouldn't make the game better. I guess it's time to close this thread

The studio appears to doing some testing with timed boosters. First a large group of people lost the ability to get regular boosters from collecting sugar drops and got timed boosters instead. Now it appears that some people are getting timed boosters for the daily calendar and some said they even get some with the daily…
Collecting Sugar Drops has been an integral part of the game and a much loved feature where players had the opportunity to collect them and earn free rewards every day. It now appears the studio plans to take it away. Please vote here if you want the studio to bring back this ability.

Many Candy Crush Saga players would like to see more opportunities to win the UFO and Party boosters. How about adding them to the Daily Treat Calendar?
