Video's for boosters or extra lives

My wife has the same version cc saga and the same phone. She gets lots of video's for boosters and lives. We are in the same level range and She even has different events to complete... Its like shes playing a different game. But shes not cause were in the same team!

Hi and Welcome to our Community

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

It seems like you're in one test group (of guinea pigs) whilst your wife is in a different one, see here.

Some will get adverts & others won't, different people get different features.

So you just have to deal with the experiment for as long as it lasts, but (try to) have fun.

And do not delete the game, as any accumulated boosters/saved game lives would also be deleted; see this.

Hi and welcome to the community.

Video ads feature is a bonus feature and not permanent part of the game. Like all other bonus events /features they are divided randomly by the system so there is always a possibility that some players have one feature and others dont have it. Also it may appear, disappear or simply be replaced at any time.

Please keep your game app up to date to get most of the features.
