I don't think they will reimburse you. I'm a simple player and I wait for the bug to be fixed and then I resume the game
This is unlikely but if you wish you can ask customer support. Game glitches are just that. A glitch and it's too bad that we couldn't pass until a fix was released.

If you wasted any purchased Boosters, Extra Moves or Gold Bars becasue of the issue on level 8043, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get the purchased items compensated.
Please note that free items cannot be refunded or reimbursed in any way.
