Why is the music not staying off . Even though I switch the music off it has recently been on every time I play the game. It is most annoying as it disturbs other people who are in the room with me.

Looks like a temporary issue. Please logout, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it solves your issue. If it is still there you may turn off your device sound for the time being.

@Trojan Hi and welcome, If this is the app version of the game the sound should stay off if playing through facebook this can happen every time you load the game as its not got the ability to keep your settings.

Would do the standard troubleshooting tips as above to see if this helps if you are playing the app version of the game

In the case of the browser, the music setting is not saved and the music option will be turned on as soon as the page is refreshed. Did you get that problem on the app?

When playing any King game, you can turn the sound of the game on or off in the app. When entering the game, tap the cogwheel icon to open the menu. You will find two sound options.

One is a musical note, which controls the in-game music. The other option is a speaker icon, which controls sound effects in the game. Tap them to switch the sounds on or off.

After these two options are enabled, you can then use the volume up and down buttons on the side of your device to control the volume level to your comfort.

If you notice both of these are on but you are still not hearing sounds in-game, please test other apps or media on your device, as it may be a system or hardware issue.
