Level 1
I previously asked why my progress was lost and I went back to level one. While I received responses to my orginal post, they didn't help me. I did not lose my progress on my iphone as i don't play it on my iphone. I couldn't retrieve my account at all on my laptop which is where I play the game. I have never saved my progess in all the time I played. Today was the first that I went to play and found it all gone. I was nearly to level 2000. When I click on retrieve my progess, it doesn't allow me to retrieve it on facebook. I click on Facebook and nothing happens. I don't even remember if that's how I orginally played. I tried entering my email and what I thought was the password and it came up as no account found. So i guess I must have done it on facebook. I signed up for an account, but that still puts me at level one. How can I get back to level 1992???

Hi and welcome to the community.
In simple words you dont have saved your game through king account or facebook. So in this case your only option is manual recovery. Please provide me your game id and i will request our CM to restore your progress manually.

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
