restore level progress to new Account

Hi,
I lost access to my old facebook account, and I just want to restore my level progress (I was at Level 5917) to my new account. I had my old Facebook account and my old King account synced.
I tried to contact support through the game but only got a automated response that did not help me at all.
I already created a new Facebook account and a new King Account and synced them.
My old User ID: 11865450303 (Level 5917)
My new User ID: 12035950548
It would be really nice if I could get my progress back.

As Mr. Freddy has tagged to our CM and hopefully he will take an action in your favour. Can you also tell us the ticket number which you get from our player support in the automated response. Its a long number usually start with 9.

@Ursula_Tell Hi and welcome the ticket is of no use to us as this is what you receive to say customer support have received your query. Normally they reply in 72hrs but can take longer due to worldwide circumstances.
The CM is tagged to this so hopefully he will answer you tomorrow in his work hours
