on level 2862 when I left my PC. when I came back I was back a level. What happened?

I was on level 2862. I left my PC for about 1 hour. When I came back I went back to the tab for candy crush on chrome. The game was now downloaded again from the web.

Now I am on 2861 again. A pain. I also see that the other items like fantastic five and daily win seems to have gone back a day also.

Is there a way that after a level is achieved that it will not revert back when the game is reloaded?

Is there a way that when you have no lives that the information is saved in the cloud?

It sounds like your game had a glitch. This can happen. It's important to make sure your level is correctly registered before closing the game. Sorry, but you'll need to replay the level to move on.

sorry was on level 2863 and went back to 2862. I am now, after redoing 2862 on level 2863!

OK that sounds good. Now it brings up the next question. How do I make sure the game is correctly registered?

Is there a some steps to take to verify that?

Just check and make sure your avatar moves on the map before closing your game.

That makes no sense. The avatar was on the next level. After reload of game avatar was back one level.

Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and i hope you will not experience such error again

At the moment nothing can be done about your non registered levels. Apologies but you have to replay it.

@eric_stewart1 Hi and welcome, I am sorry to here this has happened to you but unfortunately if the level has registered incorrectly all you can do is replay the level again. I know this is not the greatest news but apologies it is all that can be done in this case, it does happen occasionally
