I am having the issue and getting the error message! I have cleared browser, logged out and back in again, but nothing has worked for days.Very frustrating that I'm unable to post any pictures so can't participate in the weekly gamesΒ π«
I cannot vote for ideas because I don't have "permission".I can't create polls I can't react,or view badge or Candy Crush Saga Activity. I am not able to view my own profile This is becoming a known issue and is being looked out .
How much longer will it take to resolve this issue??

Hello @Princess_lovely - as you have stated - the studio is aware if this issue and also some of the CMs have already said you won't miss out on getting badges etc. even if the time has passed , just take the screenshots and save them and once the issue has been resolved - you can post them in the appropriate areas and still get credit for it.
Unfortunately for contests where people are randomly chosen - when the contest ends - if you haven't been able to enter/post your answer - you won't be able to participate in the contest. But for some contests, if you can write the answers instead of posting a picture, that will work to.
I know this is very frustrating for you but the studio is working very hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible, so please bear with us a little longer.

@Princess_lovely Hi and welcome, As explained above this is being looked into and you will need to have a little patience sometimes these things can take a little time to resolve, but hopefully a fix will be found soon as a few people are experiencing this issue
