Hello and welcome to the sweet King community. I haven't reached that level yet, but you must be talking about the "magic season" event that's in pprogress.
The Magic Season event is very straight forward.
Start with completing 5 new levels on your Saga map to unleash the magic.
After this keep playing and for every five levels completed you can unlock the next tier in the Magic Season and claim some sweet rewards.
You'll have two options when unlocking the next tier and claiming rewards, a free option and a purchasable which will give you better and more rewards.
Pass five levels and then check the Magic Season under the events tab and Jellybeanie will give you the rewards and further directions in the game.
Remember that the Magic Season runs only for two weeks at the time.

It's the lamp from the magic season event. If you can't progress because it's blocking your way you should try the standard troubleshooting. Log out, check for updates, restart your device and log back in. See if that helps. If not please let us know.

Another player explained that the same thing happened to him, so maybe it is a temporary failure. Please log out, restart your device, and log in again. That should solve the problem. Please keep us posted if not. Thank you

This issue with the lamp blocking a level is being looked into, but I think @aijaziqbal have a workaround for it so you can continue playing?

Hi and welcome to the community.
Its a new feature and go to your events open the magic season event. You will be asked two oprions either use free lamp or buy it. Click either of them and proceed to your game. After completing 5 levels you will be awarded some boosters. Claim them and proceed further. You will get 20 chances in 100 levels within 2 weeks.

Could you try with turning the device into landscape mode if you play on a smart phone or a tablet?
That may help and move the lamp further so it's not blocking the level.
