I have the same problem. When I go to Games and put Candy Crush Sage in the search box it says 'no results found'

To reinstall the game on Facebook, search for it in the Facebook search field and start playing.

The levels are not lost even though you delete and reinstall the game on Facebook. They are always saved on your account, as long as you log in with the same account where you started to play.

Now that you’ve removed the game from your account, Facebook should also delete your Facebook game data. Once you re-add the game, you should be able to start over.

@Vikvee Hi you cannot reinstall the game on facebook it is apart of there app. if you have lost your levels hears how to get them restored below

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
