Hi and welcome to the community.
Now that you’ve removed the game from your account, Facebook should also delete your Facebook game data. Once you re-add the game, you should be able to start over.
If you are not recieving your progress back please contact our player support with this link.
You need your game id for this.

To reinstall the game on Facebook, search for it in the Facebook search field and start playing.
Alternatively, click here to open the game on your browser:

The levels are not lost even though you delete and reinstall the game on Facebook. They are always saved on your account, as long as you log in with the same account where you started to play.
