Hi and Welcome to our Community
Saltando, a new event in Candy Crush Saga and outside the Saga Map, is currently available for a few Candy Crushers around the world
The Saltnado is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

This feature is still tested and selected some players only who have this feature that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game.

@Sakira_saki88 Hi and welcome, Neither do I. Its a new bonus feature so not everybody is guarenteed to get this in there game. It is given to groups of randomly selected people. So we are just not in that group at present but could be in the future
To make sure your getting the rewards available to you keep your game up to date and log out and restart your device regularly

Its a new bonus features. And like all other bonus features it is also randomly assigned by the system to different players on different devices.
Keep your game upto date and hopefully it may appear to you at some stage.
